Home Watch Services

Single Family Residences

There are three basic month-to-month home watch plans offered by j-cons. Clients who elect to sign a six month contract and pay in advance will receive a 10% discount. The rates are as follows:

• One check per month: $50.00
• Two checks per month: $100.00
• Four checks per month: $200.00

* Additional Services will be charged at the rate of $39.00 per hour, to include travel time, with a one hour minimum charge.

Condos and Town-Homes

j-cons also offers three basic month-to-month home watch plans for condos and town-homes that do not include any exterior checks. Clients who elect to sign a six month contract and pay in advance will receive a 10% discount. The rates are as follows:

• One check per month: $40.00
• Two checks per month: $80.00
• Four checks per month: $160.00

* Additional Services will be charged at the rate of $39.00 per hour, to include travel time, with a one hour minimum charge.

Vacation Rentals

• $100 per rental period / guest occupation

Additional / Concierge Services

• After you leave: $75 to $150 depending on the size of the home
• Before you return: $75
• Severe weather preparation: We can give you a quote after inspection of the property
• Automobile start-up: $39.00 per hour, to include travel time, with a one hour minimum charge. As part of the home watch service we will charge an additional $10 to your home watch rate.
• Contractor, Maintenance and Repair Service Coordination and Monitoring: $39.00 per hour, to include travel time, with a one hour minimum charge
