Our service if you rent your home to vacation renters
- Before arrival functional inspection of the technical devices, the light, the fans and the kitchen devices, including toasters, coffee machine, etc.
- Functional inspection of the faucet, flush in the bath, toilet, kitchen, etc.
- After a longer vacancy of your home, give it a quick cleanup
- Deposit of the keys in a special key box for the tenants on the day of arrival
- Pick up the key before the tenants leave your home for departure
- Remove left over food and place the garbage outside
- Check for damage and excessive staining to be paid for by the tenant/guest
- Order and control the cleaning after their leave
