I'm happy to announce that I now am a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent for California!

Did I fail, did I pass? After jittering for a week, logging on to the website of the Department of Real Estate (DRE) every day to check the status of my exam I finally got the big relieve today: “You passed the Salesperson examination on January 21, 2010.”!
